How PrePaid Orders Work

A PrePaid Order is the ideal solution when:

• Your organisation wishes to select and pay for checks to be conducted on your employees or job applicants.
• You’d like to offload the work of ordering the checks and entering personal and career information to the individual.
• You want the option of simultaneously creating a number of orders that require the same checks on different individuals.

PrePaid Orders allow you to select and pay for the range of checks you require. A unique Check Code is then sent to each person that you specify – automatically selecting your chosen checks and paying for their order while they do the work.

How it Works

Here’s our PrePaid Order process in a nutshell:

Step 1 - Organisation Creates a PrePaid Order

You select the checks you require and enter the list of individuals to be checked, entering their name and email address. A unique Check Code is automatically created for each person and you can choose which users within your organisation will get automatic access to the results.

Step 2 - Purchase the Checks

You pay for your order and CVCheck then sends an email to each individual that you specified. The email includes their unique Check Code and instructions for its use on our web site.

Step 3 - Individual Places an Order

The applicant follows the instructions and clicks on a link in the email which takes them to CVCheck’s web site.

After logging in, the applicant uses their unique Check Code to create their order. CVCheck’s system automatically selects the checks that you chose when creating the code.

The applicant finalises their order and agrees to share the results with your organisation. No payment is required as the checks were already purchased by your organisation.

Step 4 - CVCheck Goes to Work

We will process the checks promptly and accurately, communicating with the applicant if necessary.

Step 5 - Results are Delivered

The check results are delivered online as soon as they are completed. They are available for immediate inspection and/or download from our web site.

Step 6 - Your Organisation Views the Results

You (and any of the users who were given access in Step 1) can log in and view and/or download the results of the checks on our web site.
