Are the work performances and capabilities claimed in the Applicant’s CV accurate?
While many applicants do tell the truth, some exaggerate while others blatantly lie in their
CVs – the question is which applicant is which?
Verifying an applicant’s work performance and capabilities with their referees will
aid you in your assessment of the applicant and assist you to make an informed hiring
decision.
All references are obtained as written reports from the referees.
We have created 4 levels of reference checks to suit most occupations:
1. General Staff:
For general staff who do not have access to confidential information or company
finances.
2. Sales/Tradesmen:
For all staff who represent your organisation in the marketplace and those who have
limited access to confidential information and/or company finances.
3. Middle Management/Accounts:
For all staff with access to confidential information and/or company finances, all
accounts people, supervisors, senior sales people and middle management.
4. Senior Executives:
For all senior management, directors, partners, chief financial officers.
